Lenovo releases a variety of new ThinkPad products, and more RTX 3080 is available.
On June 23, Lenovo released the fourth-generation ThinkPad X1 Extreme notebook with its flagship performance. Also on display were the new ThinkPad L series notebooks equipped with AMD processors and two Chromebooks.
In 2018, ThinkPad added NVIDIA discrete graphics to the carbon fiber body of the X1 series for the first time and launched the ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen1 to meet users’ performance needs.
For the newly released X1 Extreme Gen4, Lenovo has added the 11th generation Intel Core i9 H series processor and NVIDIA RTX3050 Ti, up to RTX 3080 is optional.
At the same time, the thickness of the whole machine is only 17.7mm, and the weight is only 1.81kg. Faced with the ensuing heat dissipation problem, Lenovo equipped it with a new hybrid heat dissipation solution based on heat pipes, large-size VC heat sinks, and keyboard ventilation systems.
The new generation X1 Extreme uses a 16-inch 2K screen with a 16:10 screen ratio, a resolution of up to 4K optional, supports Dolby Vision, and has a peak brightness of up to 600 nits.
The upper limit of the optional configuration is also very high: the memory can be up to 64GB DDR4; if necessary, you can also use two 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSDs to fill the hard drive slot.

In addition to X1 Extreme, Lenovo also brought us new products in the ThinkPad L series.
The newly launched ThinkPad L13 and ThinkPad L13 Yoga are both equipped with AMD’s Ryzen 5000 series processors and Radeon graphics cards. Up to 16GB DDR4 memory and 1TB PCIe SSD are optional.
Both products have a screen size of 13.3 inches and a resolution of 1080p. The ThinkPad L13 Yoga uses a flip-screen design and supports touch operation.
The two newly released Chromebooks are 5i-14 and Flex 5i-13. Both use a Core i5 processor; up to 512G SSD is optional.
The screens are different. The Flex 5i-13 comes standard with a 13.3-inch IPS touch screen, and even an OLED version is available; the 5i-14 uses a 14-inch FHD touch panel with a maximum brightness of 300 ni special.
The two new Chromebooks have two USB-C and one USB-A and can last up to 10 hours.

In addition, Lenovo also introduced two new monitors.
The first is the 15.6-inch portable display ThinkVision M15. The device weighs only 860g and is suitable for carrying out and serving as a secondary screen for notebooks. At the same time, it can also output mobile phone screens through full-featured USB-C, which is suitable for many scenarios.
The other is the ThinkVision T24m-20, a 23.8-inch FHD monitor that leans toward the conventional style. The monitor can power your laptop via USB-C, with an output power of 90W.
As a result, a charging cable on the desktop was eliminated.
